Apple Health
Developed for iOS. Connection begins only after you choose to connect and grant system permissions.
Health Connect
Developed for Android. Availability also depends on your device, Android version and Health Connect.
The implementations distinguish reading from writing. Weight, water and dietary energy are optional exports, never imports. Disconnecting keeps existing records in the health service.

Where can I use FairVital Go?
The web app is available at fairvitalgo.lovable.app. Public App Store and Google Play links have not been confirmed. Avoid downloads from unknown sources.
I forgot my password.
Select “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. Request the recovery link and use it to set a new password. Never share the link or your password.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Account & security → Delete account. Confirm using the six-digit email code. Without the app installed, contact support. See “Delete account” for scope and outstanding confirmations.
Why is food photo recognition not working?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo and check your internet connection. To use the camera, allow access in your browser or device settings. Analysis can make mistakes; review the result.
Is Apple Health available yet?
Apple Health is implemented in the native iOS branch; a public store release is not confirmed. It is unavailable in the browser. The following guidance describes the implementation, not confirmed public availability.
Is Health Connect available for Android?
Health Connect is implemented in the Android development branch. A public release has not been confirmed. The implementation checks availability and offers installation or updating when needed. Android 8 is the minimum app build version; actual service availability may differ.
How do I download my data?
Open Profile → My data → Download my data. The web app creates a JSON file of app health state without account credentials. Keep it secure. This is not a complete export of all operational logs or external health services.
