This static website
This website provides information without registration or analytics and advertising trackers. It does not collect health records or use cookies or local storage for tracking. The hosting server receives connection information such as IP address, time and requested file. Hosting provider, logging scope, legal basis and deletion period remain to be specified. External links lead to independent services with their own privacy information.
Contact
Email recipients receive your sender address and message. Send only information needed to handle your request. Responsibilities, legal basis and correspondence retention require confirmation. This website has no contact form.
App account and profile
The app implements registration, email verification, sign-in and password recovery using Lovable Cloud/Supabase. Profile information and app health state are associated with an account. Account acceptance and health consent are separate. Legal review must assign contract performance under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and consent under Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a) to the actual purposes.
Nutrition, health and laboratory information
Depending on use, the app processes body measurements, goals, meals, nutrient estimates, questionnaire answers, lab values and uploaded reports. The source stores app health information in an account-associated record. The operator must confirm actual data flows and required retention periods.
Camera, voice and AI
Photo, voice and lab features call server-side AI functions using Lovable AI Gateway. Images, audio or report content may be transferred for the selected analysis. Model providers, processors, locations, training terms and retention need confirmation. This draft does not repeat blanket promises of German-only processing or no third-country access.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Native integrations are implemented, but public store releases are not confirmed. Connections are optional. Reading and optional writing permissions are separate, and data categories differ by platform. The reviewed native sources keep health-service readings local and do not automatically transfer them to AI or servers. This statement is limited to the reviewed implementation.
Recipients and international transfers
The source references Lovable Cloud/Supabase and Lovable AI Gateway. Email services and future VPS hosting also need review. Before approval, document recipients, processing agreements, subprocessors, locations and any GDPR Chapter V safeguards for international transfers.
Retention, export and deletion
App export provides a JSON copy of app health state, not all operational data. Confirmed account deletion removes the records described in the deletion process and anonymises feedback. Backup, log and statutory retention periods remain open. Account deletion does not remove all Apple Health or Health Connect records.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable conditions, rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing. Complaints may be lodged with a data protection supervisory authority. The relevant authority, request procedure and any data protection officer require confirmation.
Approval and updates
All missing details, legal bases and translations must be approved before production launch. The existing app privacy text is a review source, not evidence that its technical or legal assurances have been met.
