The app source names Fairvital B.V. as provider. Website applicability, contract version and legal approval still need confirmation. This draft does not establish new contractual terms.
Purpose and limits
FairVital Go helps organise personal nutrition and health information. Content and AI output are not diagnosis or treatment and do not replace professional care. Consult qualified professionals for medical questions and local emergency services in emergencies.
Account and responsible use
Personalised app features use an account. Protect credentials, review inputs and AI results, and upload only information you are entitled to use. Eligibility, age limits and specific obligations require approval.
Services, integrations and availability
Optional health connections require separate permissions and compatible native platforms. Store availability is unconfirmed. External services and the Fairvital shop have their own terms. Uninterrupted availability or identical features across platforms are not promised.
Pricing, duration and termination
No prices, subscriptions or cancellation periods are invented here. The operator must confirm whether such provisions are needed. The verified deletion flow is described on “Delete account”.
Liability, rights and changes
